Herb holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BBA in Finance from Howard University. He is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and has completed training in data science and AI for business, giving him fluency in how emerging technologies and data-informed frameworks reshape executive decision-making.
He brings a rare combination of real operating experience, strategic thinking, financial literacy, data fluency, and deep understanding of human dynamics and organizational behavior.
